At the ripe age of 15 years old, I unfortunately witnessed the aftermath of my brother's crime scene. With the images of brain matter hanging from his acoustic ceiling to the erie feeling of being targeted by satan himself whose only aim is, 'to kill, steel and destroy'. Before this, it was family gatherings, my nieces and nephews all enjoyed the pool, the music and just being around each other on sunday's was a blast. After the day in question, I found myself unable to wholeheartedly trust people anymore. The fear of being tricked, or fooled into being a victim would instantly kick me off into defensive mode.
Then again, being angry with GOD only fueled future misunderstandings. Once I got tired from the lack of understanding, the scriptures and the knowledge of my self was unleashed while I began a 14 year prison sentence for a drug conviction. I was given a little hand held bible that would lead me to a full size King James version later. As I read, I also studied my surrounding convicts who may be killers like my brother's murderer. Although still angry with GOD, I hated satan and his evil ways, therefore my position as a soldier in the body of Christ sustained my fleshly man to continue to study and at ease till the appropriate situation arises. I often found myself unraveling and or attempting to prevent hypothetical situations before they happened.

Growing a Moringa Tree can be challenging, they grow best in warm tropical weather. In this type of weather this will allow the moringa oleifera species to be exact, to grow continually without being stunted. Some of the best US Hardiness Zones are 9, 10 and 11, but with proper care the moringa will just about grow anywhere. Moringa trees are delicate and demand respect; there is about a 50% survival rate when transplanting them. For more, allow me to bring to your attention that moringa trees, all “thirteen species” of them, have no need for fertilizers if your soil has a well balanced eco-system, the proper order of microorganisms. Hot/Cold Climates: In 70 to 98 degrees the moringa tree will grow as a perennial, year around. Past dealings have yielded from the seed that they can grow, a foot in two weeks time. You can have a 15 foot moringa tree in no time soon in this type of weather. When it comes to colder climates; the 20’s and below, lasting for long periods, will totally do a moringa no justice. So if you want them year around, they must be grown inside your home or in a heated greenhouse, keeping a temperature of 70 degrees plus. Remember, the cooler the temperature gets, the slower the moringa tree will grow; more mature and larger trees become more cold tolerant. Younger moringa trees will; a lot of times die back and go into hibernation, leaving the owner until the weather heats back up again.

Exercise can help control your blood sugar levels when you are diabetic. In addition, if you are overweight and diabetic, exercise will help you lose weight. However, as a diabetic, there are extra considerations and precautions that you need to take before you begin an exercise program. If your blood glucose level is too low or high, it is better to wait to exercise. You can do more harm than good if you do not.
