Shipping policy and Returns Information! Please note: We are a small family business with little help; therefore, please allow 1-3 weeks and/or days to receive your products. All orders made with us are highly honored. A USPS Tracking Label will be purchased, and made available to you while your order is fulfilled for shipment. We can be reached via email 24hrs/7 days a week. We attempt to satisfy all consumers and greatly appreciate you trusting our services. For Plants: If any problems with the plant being displaced from soil within the box or any soil disturbance conflicting with the safety of the tree or plant, please contact us immediately within 48hrs. Some plants may have their leaves cut back for less shipping stress. If consumer is unsatisfied with any of our products or services, we'll make every effort to remedy the situation. Also, a photo of damaged products/plants will be required to further rectify an issue.
There are No Returns or Refunds on plants or seeds.
We cannot take responsibility for plants once they leave the box in which they were shipped. Last but not least, we do reserve the right to refuse services to disgruntle patrons.
