Therefore, please allow 1-4 weeks to receive your products, all orders made with us will be honored and shipped with accommodations if a delay occurs. Further, if we can't be reached by phone/email this doesn't mean you are not being heard. We attempt to satisfy all consumers and greatly appreciate you trusting our services.
For Plants: If any problems with the plant being displaced from soil within the box or any soil disturbance conflicting with the safety of the tree or plant, please contact us immediately within 48hrs. We will make every effort to remedy the situation. Also a photo of the evidence/plant may be required.
**Please Note: There are No Returns/Refunds on plants or seeds, accommodations are honored per our discretion.
We cannot take responsibility for plants once they leave the box in which they were shipped. Last but not least, we do reserve the right to refuse services for disgruntle patrons. Thank you!
